48-Hour Cancellation & Late Arrival Policy

At Halo Salon, we value your time and strive to provide every guest with the best possible experience. To help us maintain a smooth schedule and honor all appointment times, we ask that you please review and acknowledge the following policy:
• We require at least 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
• Cancellations or reschedules made less than 48 hours in advance will result in a charge of 50% of the scheduled service total to the card on file.
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total to the card on file.
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we may need to adjust the services you’re scheduled for or reschedule your appointment entirely. In this case, your card may be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy listed above.
